Rod Building 15 week online Course (with a Free Rainshadow Blank)

9am  - 10:30 (PST) {12:00 PM- 1:30PM EST) This is a complete live 15-week online course. This is the ultimate Rod Building course.  With Guest Speakers from the industry. Be anywhere around the world and take this online class via zoom.

Do not go out and buy a bunch of stuff to build rods.  Wait until after the first day of class.  We will go through things you'll need that are necessities to rod building, things that are optional, and things you really do not need. 

You will receive a free blank (we do not know which blank each class person will receive.  Typically the class chooses their blank the 2nd week after going through the blank available to get. So before buying anything, wait until after the second day of class.  Save the money. 

In this 15 week course:

• You will have step by step live instructions while you build a couple rods during this 15 week course. Or you can sit back, watch and learn as we journey our way through this class.
• Learn how to choose your blanks and components for certain types of fishing
• Learn about Power Deflection and Action Deflection
• Learn the terminology
• Learn about the materials of blanks and components
• Learn 3 different designs
• Learn how to marble and fix guides
• Learn how to refurbish old rods
• Learn various different decorative end wraps
• Learn how to read cross wrap patterns
• Learn how to do an acid wrap "Spiral wrap"
• Learn how to create designs for your own grips
